The Neuhoff Residences make their home in the Neuhoff District, the riverside, LEED-certified mixed-use community in Nashville’s historic Germantown.    

Ideally located in Nashville’s most walkable neighborhood, the artfully designed Residences are steps from shops and restaurants, office towers, a riverfront terrace and the Cumberland River Greenway — and within two miles of Ryman Auditorium, Nissan Stadium, and the Bridgestone Arena. Concierge-level service and a host of amenities — a riverside pool, two-story gym, rooftop lounge meeting rooms, communal seating areas, music room, movie room, and abundant green spaces nurture health and connection. The Neuhoff Residences immerse dwellers in the magic of the neighborhood’s vibrant, creative spirit.

We had the pleasure of creating the Neuhoff District brand and website. The Neuhoff Residences gave us the opportunity to craft an extension of the parent brand that’s uniquely its own.

The logotype is rooted in its origins and elevates residences to their much deserved prominence.

Marks, seals, and graphic elements incorporate the tagline, root the brand in place, and present artful riffs on the architecture. Sub-marks and monograms imbue each of the residences with distinct yet deeply connected character. A modern palette of linen, moss, gray, and charcoal feels fresh, warmly elegant, and rooted to place.
