Craft an identity and story for a sustainable sneaker brand that balances intentional design with a playful spirit.
YEBO is a collection of sustainably-made women’s shoes from the creators of Soludos, a thoughtfully crafted shoes and accessories brand. Made in Porto, Portugal, using non-edible corn, cork, natural rubber, organic cotton, recycled rubber and plastic, these stylish vegan sneakers are a step toward a better, more sustainable future.
The identity system reflects YEBO’s innovative, playful personality. The logotype’s custom letterforms utilize subtle serifs and rounded letterforms to convey warmth and a sense of whimsy.
The logomark is an abstract illustration of a leaf or corn husk, nodding to the shoes’ plant-based origins and the brand’s dedication to sustainability.
A mix of graphic elements include playful shapes and bold colors in unexpected arrangements that speak to the brand’s innovation and exploration of sustainable materials and processes.
The brand design extends to the product itself and comes to life in an array of thoughtful details from the tongue tag and upper stitching to the branded heel and shoe print. Everything a playful, sustainable sneaker needs to make its mark on the world.
