Objective / Solution
Breathe new life into an iconic Charleston landmark for its glorious next chapter and a new generation of city dwellers.
71 Wentworth is an exclusive enclave of twelve luxurious residences in one of Charleston's most iconic buildings, in one of the city's most sought-after locations. The historic building was originally a palatial Masonic Lodge with soaring cathedral ceilings and grand arched windows, and over time, served as a retail store, performance space, office space, and storage.
The collaborative team behind 71 Wentworth set out to reimagine and meticulously restore this historic Charleston landmark to create an iconic space for a new generation of city dwellers and luxury seekers. The revitalization of this circa 1872 architectural gem sets the new standard in Lowcountry urban living.
A compelling visual identity system seamlessly blends historic and contemporary elements into something wholly unique and bespoke.
Letterforms evoke warmth and luxury, a logo mark and monogram, and custom illustrations nod to the brand’s storied history, vibrant neighborhood, and effortless style and design.
Eye-catching signage draws attention to the property’s iconic windows.
A sales brochure introduces readers to the iconic property through vibrant photography, bold typography, and inviting copy.
The website weaves together stunning photography of the residences and Charleston, video, historic and architectural details, subtle animations, and the level of service and luxury owners can expect.
The brand design accelerates interest in the property from prospective buyers, media, as well as local, regional, and national audiences.
