A professional with 1-3 years experience working in a creative agency.

Has working knowledge of a creative agency’s services and process.

Methodical; extremely detail oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

A multi-tasker; can oversee a varying number of projects and clients at different stages of development.

Has outstanding interpersonal and networking skills; highly diplomatic, friendly, able to build strong relationships.

Knowledge of self-promotion strategy and related social media trends a plus.

Excellent communicator, written and verbal.

Is a critical thinker, collaborator and creative problem solver; able to spot trends and think creatively to address a client’s need.

Possesses a genuine interest in the design industry with the ability to contribute original and innovative development ideas.


Provide overarching support and assistance to the Business Development Director, business growth goals, and self-promotion initiatives.

Track all incoming leads, active proposals, and capture relevant data in Zoho and Google Sheets.

Follow the lifespan of a lead, prompting proactive follow-up or touch points from key team members.

Assist in data collection to support Business Development and Operations reporting.

Work with the Traffic Manager to schedule all necessary Business Development meetings; both internal and client facing.

Layout proposal documents with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Supply Account Management team relevant documentation for a successful and seamless client on-boarding experience.

Send client gifts and thank you notes as needed.

Work closely with the Business Development Director to implement the studio’s marketing campaigns, and ensure completion of the related deliverables.

Work in conjunction with the Account Management Team and Production Designer to capture end of project assets and results to support self-promotion initiatives.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, publications, and competitor offerings; bringing this insight to the Director and Creative Partners.

Participate in internal strategy and brainstorming sessions for outreach, and external networking opportunities where appropriate.
