Qualified candidate with 3-5 years of experience in project management and customer service.
Experienced in digital offerings such as website development, SEO, SEM, UX, and UI.
Is a professional with experience working in a creative agency who has a proven track record of relationship building.
Has a general knowledge of a creative agency’s process and project work flow with a strong creative mindset and understanding.
Multi-tasker who can easily prioritize in a multi-project environment.
Extremely detail oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Customer service focused with a personable demeanor.
Flexible and solution focused when facing shifting priorities, demands, and time-lines.
Excellent communicator, written and verbal.

ACCOUNT MANAGER OVERVIEW
The Account Manager is a strong partner for the creative team, enabling them to execute their best work by strategically planning a project’s goals and managing the client relationship. The Account Manager is an organized, strategic, positive team orchestrator who is responsible for building a project execution strategy that prioritizes client satisfaction and the end user experience. The Account Manager clearly communicates this project plan to the Project Coordination team for execution and day-to-day management. The Account Manager has a proven ability to make strategic decisions and communicates clearly to actively manage the working team, project stakeholders, and partners.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Strategically build a high level project plan for projects considering overall work-flow, internal assignments, content development, etc.
Oversee the Project Coordination team’s execution of project plans to ensure projects remain on-time and on budget.
Manage the client relationship and satisfaction level from start to finish.
Utilize a pro-active customer service approach in an effort to stay ahead of a client’s needs and facilitate project momentum.
Manage the SDCO internal team and external contributors to ensure the deliverables of a project are met.
Collaborate with the Business Development Director to seamlessly on-board new clients.
Look for opportunities to add further value to projects through strategy, content development, and improved processes.
Advices on the digital end user’s experience including UX and UI, while considering furthering the client’s SEO and SEM goals.
Facilitate the success of a job at press (packaging, brochures, etc.) by coordinating with vendors, reviewing proofs, and ensuring the completed job meets client expectations.
Oversee all content management and development.
