Who You Are
Qualified candidate with 2-3 years of experience in project management and customer service
Is a professional with experience working in a creative agency who has a proven track record of relationship building
Has a working knowledge of a creative agency’s processes and project workflow, including digital and print offerings
Methodical; extremely detailed oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
Multi-tasker who can easily prioritize in a multi-project environment
Flexible and solution focused when facing shifting priorities, demands, and time-lines
Excellent communicator, written and verbal
Customer service focused with a personable demeanor
A team player who excels at leading a collaborative effort
Genuine, positive, and uplifting attitude that inspires coworkers and clients
Internally driven to make things better, a creative problem solver
What You’ll Do
Work with the Creative Directors to strategically build a high level project plan for projects considering overall work-flow, internal assignments, content development, etc.
Collaborate with the Business Development Director to seamlessly on-board new clients, and the Operations and Account Management teams to ensure successful project transitions, resourcing, and scheduling
Manage the client relationship and satisfaction from start to finish; taking notes on meetings, planning and adjusting timelines, and reporting on time spent
Utilize a proactive customer service approach in an effort to stay ahead of a client’s needs and facilitate project momentum
Coordinate with the SDCO internal creative team and external contributors to ensure the deliverables of a project are completed on time and on budget
Look for opportunities to add further value to projects through strategy, content development, and improved processes
Facilitate the success of a job through its final production phases whether at press or in web development
Oversee all client content collection, management, and development
Use organizational documents and tools to manage internal process’ and to provide clear and concise information to all stakeholders
